The purpose of modelling and spatial analysis is to generate information that can minimize a client's risks by allowing them to make informed decisions based on facts. At Spatial Energistics Group, we specialize in thematic, simulation, statistical, and geometrical types of modelling. In addition to traditional "GIS modelling" (the process of creating new GIS products from existing ones) we utilize multiple industry leading technologies to model specific subjects, such as wind power (e.g. EMD WindPro), solar power (e.g. ESRI Spatial Analyst), hydrology (e.g. HEC-RAS), environmental/socio-economic effects (e.g. CTECH EVS-Pro), etc. Our spatial analysis techniques focus on combining statistical data with geographic information to resolve complex spatial relationships.
